2004 ARIZONA TRIP

As temperatures in MN plummeted to almost thirty below zero, Tim and I made our escape to the desert country of western Arizona. Located about 50 miles east of the California border is the little village of Brenda which was our temporary home for a week. As the odometer on our rental car can testify, we covered a lot of territory and seen a lot in a week.

Here's some photos of our adventures.    Click on any of the pictures to enlarge.

A drive to Las Vegas included a stop at Hoover Dam.

Some of the stuff we saw in the desert.

One of the things we had to check out was the powered parachutes.

Sights we'll remember when we're back in Minnesota.
